Political Gangs
These gangs set a specific political standard or goal for themselves, be it fascism, communism, world peace,
neo-luddism, environmental extremism, racism, etc. They just want to get their point across, even if you don't
want to hear it. While not normally violent, some groups have resorted to common terrorist tactics. Political
gangs know the power really resides in the people. So they've mastered the ability to Organize - to get the
masses out on the streets when you need them, putting up posters, organizing meetings and rallies. Political
groups are also a great source of information, like having a million eye throughout the city telling you
what the opposition is diong.

Organize is a INT - based special ability. You can rally up to your skill x 50 people
for a rally or event, you also use your skill to look up contacts (like a mix of Rescources and Streetdeal).
